The April newsletter contains a review of the Irish celebration, and the diary contains dates and times of Easter church services and rescheduled waste collections.

Welcome to the April 2025 Newsletter (and longer, lighter evenings after the clocks went forward on Sunday).

The April newsletter contains a review of the successful and enjoyable St Patrick’s Day celebration.

We have also included times of the Easter church services. There is a brief explanation of the Easter celebrations and some new images on the events pages in the calendar at nunnington.net/calendar-months/

Because of Easter and the raft of holidays in April and May, a number of rubbish collections are rescheduled to Saturday and we’ve listed these in the Diary, and you can also see them on the village website.

There is important news about the Old Yard Coffee Shop. Sally and Jane will re-open the tea rooms a week earlier on Thursday, 10th April at 10 am. They will be open from Thursday to Sunday through the summer and autumn, and hot food, as last year, will be available until 2 pm. See nunnington.net/old-yard-coffee-shop-2025/
